Builder came to Shape & Scale to help them optimize their HubSpot instance, which was originally built for Enterprise and PLG motions but needed some updates, as well as rearchitect their sales process to cut down on manual tasks through automation and drive organizational visibility through attribution reporting.

After conducting interviews with client-facing departments, auditing the existing HubSpot instance, building business process outlines, sales and automation mapping, and developing key reporting dashboards, we refined Builder’s sales process to help drive a 100% in activity visibility while refining reporting to give closed-loop reporting across multiple sales pipelines.
