Hey, I'm Pasha.

I've been in B2B marketing for close to 18 years, across content, demand generation, paid media, CRM, analytics, intent data, and revenue operations.

Over time, I kept seeing the same pattern. A company would think they had a lead problem, a campaign problem, or a reporting problem. But once you looked inside the CRM, the real issue was underneath: disconnected systems, unclear processes, and data nobody fully trusted.

That's what pulled me deeper into HubSpot. The CRM sits at the center of the go-to-market ecosystem. Working inside it is like reading a specific panel of blood work. You're not seeing everything, but you're seeing enough to know where the system is healthy, where it's under stress, and where things are about to break.

After 18 years, I've learned to hear the cues. Bad leads, messy attribution, bouncing outbound. These usually point back to the same foundation: bad data, missing definitions, disconnected systems.
